The 2nd season Alaska seafood promotion was held on Tmall platform from Nov. 17th and lasted for one week. This promotional event was also sponsored by ATO Shanghai.
Besides featured products like yellowfin sole, black cod, and sockeye salmon, other Alaska seafood products like chum salmon, coho salmon, Pollock, pacific cod, king crab, snow crab, Pollock roe, and sea cucumber were also promoted during the events. Processed products like cod stick and cod pop corn are some of new product forms that newly launched in the Chinese market and got pretty promising feedback in terms of the sales amount. During the one week online promotion, Alaska seafood was phenomenal for its slogan as “Wild, Natural, and Sustainable”, and most importantly to cultivate a larger loyal consumer group for Alaska seafood.
