Stir-fried Alaska black cod with cumin

Alaska black cod —– 400g
American pistachio —– 50g
Cumin —- 15g
Salt —- 2g
Starch —- 10g
Light soybean sauce —- 10ml
Sesame oil —- 10ml
Minced scallions and ginger —- 10g

1. Cut Alaska black cod into pieces; marinate the cod with salt, soybean sauce and starch.
2. Warm the oil to medium heat; stir-fry sliced Alaska black cod.
3. Stir-fry minced scallions and ginger with cumin; add Alaska black cod and American pistachio; top the sesame oil.
