Olive vegetable flavor adds a vibrant flavor to Geoduck.
250g Alaska geoduck
25g Olive Vegetable
50g minced meat
50g red pepper
1 tsp Onion ginger juice
Cut Alaska Geoduck into thick slices. Cook minced meat until it smells great, then put aside for later use.
Wash the red peppers, chopped vegetables and olives. Mix with minced meat and spoon a small amount evenly on each piece of geoduck, then drizzle with onion ginger juice. Pot-steam and serve.
