Spicy stir-fried rice with Alaska salmon

Alaska salmon —– 100g
Steamed rice —– 100g
Egg —– 1pc
American pistachio — 30g
Chopped dried red pepper —- 5g
Ground Chinese pepper—– 3g
Chopped garlic, ginger and scallions —– 10g
Salt —– 2g

1. Dice the salmon; stir fry egg for later use
2. Add a little oil into wok and stir fry chopped garlic, ginger and scallions; then add steamed rice into the wok and keep stir frying
3. Add diced Alaska salmon, egg and American pistachio; stir fry with chopped dried red pepper, ground Chinese pepper and salt.
