This recipe is a great combination of chives, spicy chillis, and sea cucumber.
2 Alaska Sea Cucumber
10g dried shrimp
15g green peppers
2g Chicken powder
2 cloves of garlic
Oil and fish soy sauce
Wash Alaska sea cucumbers. Top with dried shrimp, and steam well.
Cut chilli into small pieces. Add the shallot to the chicken powder, and puree with garlic. Top sea cucumber with the mixture.
Heat oil in a pan, and stir-fry the green peppers and millet pepper. Pour on top of the sea cucumber and serve.
