Spicy Alaska king crab

Alaska king crab legs —– 500g
Dried red pepper —— 80g
Chinese pepper — 50g
Chopped scallions and ginger —- 10g
Salt — 2g
Sugar — 5g

1. Chop Alaska king crab legs into one inch pieces; deep fry until cooked than take out.
2. Stir fry chopped scallions and ginger; add dried red pepper, Chinese pepper and Alaska king crab legs and keep stir-frying; season the crab leg with salt and sugar.
