In March, Marco Polo Hotel joined forceswith the Alaska Seafood Marketing Association to host a “seafood seasonin Wuhan” to bring Alaska seafood to Wuhan and also launch the hotel’s western
buffet restaurant. A picture featuring a room full of high quality seafood can be “just a bit” overwhelming. The best way to eat such quality seafood is by steaming it, paired with a little seasoning or dipping sauce. Through the culinary skills of the Marco Polo chefs, the preparation of Alaska seafood has been truly transformed into an art.
