Sauteed Alaska salmon stripe with hot green pepper


Ingredients:
Alaska salmon —- 250g
Hot green pepper —- 80g
Egg white —- 1 serving
Starch —– 5g
Salt —– 4g
Crushed garlic —– 5g

Direction:
1. Cut Alaska salmon into stripes; marinate the salmon with salt, egg white and starch.
2. Add oil into wok, and heat the oil till medium-high heat; stir-fry Alaska salmon stripes until cooked; then take the salmon stripes out for later use.
3. Add crushed garlic and stir fry with hot green pepper; add salmon stripes and salt and keep stir-frying for 1 minute.
