Café Le Rendezvous, located in Hanzhou’s five-star Radisson Plaza Hotel, once again agreed to collaborate with ASMI’s China office to pull off a successful event. The hotel is very familiar with Alaska seafood and has been a venue of various past promotions for ASMI. This time, the partnership was for a menu promotion, which ran from July 4th to July 27th at the hotel. The restaurant showcases global cuisine for all three courses, as well as an a la carte menu for further options. Featured Alaska products included Alaska king salmon, king crab, snow crab, black cod, halibut and cod. The event seemed successful as guests clearly enjoyed the seafood dishes, especially the salmon, king crab and snow crab. Guests were also given recipe cookbooks as giveaway gifts during the promotion, to create a further impact of the product.
