Alaska Pollock roe —- 80g
Tofu skin —– some
Crushed American pistachios —– 20g
1. Cut tofu skin into 5*5cm pieces.
2. Place some Alaska Pollock roe on the tofu skin and wrap it; deep fry them in the wok until fully cooked.
3. Put tofu skin on the plate; sprinkle crushed American pistachio evenly on the tofu skin.
