Fresh Alaska Salmon Soaked with Seafood Sauce

Ingredients
150g Alaska salmon
80g Jelly
35g Cooked peas
1 tsp Chicken
4 tsp Seafood sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tablespoons broth
A little red chilli

Method
Blend seasoning sauce, seafood sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and broth in a pan. Stir well, and heat. Put aside for later use.
Cut jelly and Alaska salmon into small pieces and mix them with cooked peas together in a small glass cup (or martini glass). Drizzle with sauce, and garnish with red chillis.
