An innovative dumpling recipe to highlight the unique taste of Pollock Roe.
150g Alaska Pollock roe
15g dried mushrooms
15g onion ginger
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tsp cooking wine
1 teaspoon chicken powder
Chopped red, yellow, green peppers
Soak the dried mushrooms in water. Dice shrimp into a paste and blend with chopped mushrooms, oyster sauce, cooking wine, chicken powder, onion ginger, oil, and stir well. Add Alaska Pollock roe and stir.
Mix water and flour to make dumpling dough, and fill with Pollock roe mixture. Steam in a pot. Garnish with green, red and yellow pepper slices on top of the dumpling and serve
