Double cooked Alaska halibut


Ingredients:
Alaska halibut —— 400g
Green capsicum —- 100g
Dried red pepper —– 10g
Garlic leaves —– 50g
Crushed garlic —– 10g
Dark soy sauce —– 15ml
Sugar —– 10g
Starch —– some

Direction:
1. Cut Alaska halibut into thick pieces; coat the halibut with cornstarch and deep fry; stir fry green capsicum for later use;
2. Stir fry crushed garlic and dried red pepper; then add halibut and green pepper, keep stir frying; season halibut with dark soy sauce and sugar.
3. Sprinkle garlic leaves on top.
