Cod Sighting in the Spring

With spring in full force, why not come try Alaska black cod and Pacific cod? This month, ASMI is working with e-commerce retailer Chunbo to host a culinary seminar activity. Renowned chef Zhang Liqi joined us to create three delicious dishes using Alaskan cods. Alaska black cod is known for its abundant nutrients such as omega-3, vitamin D and other minerals. Alaska Pacific cod is appealing in appearance and low in fat, and is packed full of vitamin A and D.
