Another promotion was conducted in City Super’s four Hong Kong outlets during July 2006. City Super mainly targets middle to upper class consumer. Alaska seafood being a high quality food has been carried in this supercenter for more than a year and has been warmly welcomed by consumers. In order to further increase sales and give more consumers the opportunity to enjoy the superior taste and flavor of Alaska seafood, ASMI China worked with City Super once again to hold a promotion. Alaska king salmon, halibut, black cod, snow crab and Dungeness crab were sold in all four outlets. Well-developed Alaska seafood recipes were used to prepare samples for free tasting. The promotions were quite productive and many consumers purchased Alaska seafood onsite.
