Changing Flavor of Alaska Seafood

In December 2019, ASMI held a series of trade gatherings in Lanzhou, Gansu province; Xi’an, Shaanxi province; and in Chongqing to raise brand visibility of Alaska seafood with the local industry. Many traders and retailers, including online retailers, offline wholesalers, chain supermarket managers, restaurant owners and some chefs attended as well. Alaska Black Cod, Cod, Pollock, Yellowfin sole, Snow Crab, as well as Pollock Roe, were featured through a presentation and tasting menu, allowing attendees to understand more about the products and sustainability.
