Braised Alaska sea cucumber with eggplant in Xinjiang style


Ingredients:
Alaska sea cucumber —– 100g
Eggplant —– 150g
Tomato —– 50g
Green chili —– 50g
Minced garlic —– 5g
Salt —– 3g

Direction:
1. Cut eggplant, green chili and Alaska sea cucumber into thick slices; cut tomato into big cubes.
2. Stir-fry eggplant with oil and reserve.
3. Stir fry minced garlic; add eggplant chunks and keep stir frying with green chili and Alaska sea cucumber; add some salt to the dish.
