From October 15 to 20, ASMI teamed up with Beijing New Orient Cuisine School to launch an Alaska seafood training program. On October 15, about 300 students and teachers from the school attended the opening ceremony. ASMI representatives also took part in the ceremony. During the opening ceremony, a teacher demonstrated cooking methods for Alaska black cod and king crab. According to the wild, fresh and healthy attributes of Alaska seafood, the school developed a mini curriculum for the training school program. Alaska seafood left a great impression on the teachers and students at the cuisine school. ASMI believes that there will be more HRI industry staff using Alaska seafood. The high quality seafood will be ever more accepted and demanded.
