ASMI Shanghai Trade Gathering took place at The Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, where around 40 traders and supermarket purchasers from 30 companies attended. Jane Yao from ASMI China In-Market Representative Shanghai Office introduced the characteristics and the distribution of Alaska seafood, and also answered questions from traders. Following the introduction, traders had the opportunity to share their experience and exchange name cards.
ASMI also prepared great Alaska seafood dishes developed by the chef of The Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai. Products like Alaska black cod, yellowfin sole, herring roe, red salmon, snow crab and Pacific cod etc. were served. All participants were happy to attend this gathering to know more about Alaska seafood.
