A media tasting event which took place in Chengdu on May 23. The local major media were invited to attend the event. Guest Chef Al cooked black cod, king crabs and snow crabs for all the journalists during the tasting. Randy gave some information about the nutritional facts and how to handle the Alaska seafood while the journalists tasted.
