ASMI Chef Seminar in Guangzhou and Shenzhen

On January 17h and 18th, 2013, ASMI held a chef seminar at Guangzhou Sofitel Hotel and Shenzhen Marriott Hotel. Over 100 chefs and buyers from high-end hotels and restaurants were invited to the events, plus some key Alaska seafood traders and suppliers were invited as well. ASMI representatives gave a detailed introduction on various Alaska Seafood products in the training program which enabled participants to better understand Alaska Seafood. After the speech, a guest-chef invited by ASMI cooked some dishes using Alaska Seafood as ingredients including Alaska salmon, Pacific cod, black cod, snow crab, king crab, yellowfin sole and Pollock roe. Participants had the opportunity to taste Alaska Seafood which have them leaving very positive feedbacks.
