On January 12, 2016, ASMI Beijing Trade Gathering took place at Hilton Beijing. This event attracted about 50 traders, chefs, and supermarket purchasers from 30 companies. Jane Yao from ASMI China In-Market Representative Shanghai Office, introduced the characteristics and the distribution of Alaska seafood, and also answered the questions raised by traders. Following the introduction, traders have some time to communicate their experience and exchange their name cards.
ASMI also prepared great Alaska seafood developed by the chef of Hilton Beijing. Alaska seafood like Alaska black cod, yellowfin sole, pollock roe, red salmon, king crab and Pacific cod etc. were served at the lunch. All participants were happy to attend this gathering to know more about Alaska seafood.
