American Food Ingredients Chef Seminar

ASMI attended the American Food Ingredients Chef Seminar held by ATO in Chongqing. More than 40 chefs from local high-end hotels and restaurants attended the seminar. Alaskan salmon and black cod were featured during the seminar and were very popular with everyone who attended. This event created a good opportunity for ASMI to explore the market for Alaskan seafood in China’s inland market.
