Alaska Seafood Training Program at New Oriental Culinary School in Shanghai

Recently, Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute and the New Oriental Culinary School launched a week training program in Shanghai. Over 300 students participated in this training. During the program, students were taught how to prepare and cook Alaska seafood through lecture and demonstration. At the end day of the training week, students used Alaska chum salmon, Pacific cod and yellowfin sole to compete in a cooking competition.
