An “Alaska Seafood Festival” kicked off at Zhongshan Shangri-la Hotel in August. This was the first time for ASMI to cooperate with the Zhongshan Shangri-la Hotel.
During the activity, specially designed posters and banners with distinctive ASMI logos were hung round the hotel’s restaurant generating fantastic feelings of natural and wild Alaska. Specially developed recipes made using Alaska seafood left a deep impression on guests. Furthermore, the activity gave consumers an introduction to the unique flavor and wild nutritious characteristics of Alaska seafood.
