In order to further increase consumer awareness and educate them about the characteristics and benefits of Alaska seafood, ASMI China produced 8 outdoor billboards that were set up in high traffic areas throughout Hong Kong. The billboards were up from mid February to mid May. The elaborately designed pictures were very visible to street traffic and pedestrians alike. Interested in Alaska seafood, many people passing by stopped to read the advertisements and learn about Alaska seafood’s attributes. Through this activity, it is believed that more Hong Kong residents know about Alaska seafood, and that its popularity has been increased.
