On June 16, 2015, ASMI organized a media tasting event at the Tianhe Hilton Hotel in Guangzhou, where 30-plus local media attended. At the event, a number of dishes made with Alaska seafood were presented to the media, and the unique tastes of Alaska seafood have opened many eyes. Not only are Alaska seafood high in nutrients, their fine tastes and textures also makes it easy to turn them into great Chinese cuisine.
