Alaska seafood is famous for its wild, natural, sustainable quality. An Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute Chef Seminar took place in Nanjing InterContinental on March 9, 2016. Over 60 professionals from local hotels and restaurants were invited to a tasting of 6 dishes using Alaska cod, salmon, snow crab, pollock, yellowfin sole, and black cod. The chef not only did cooking demo, but also introduced America’s seafood culture and the optimal ways to cook with Alaska seafood. The taste of Alaska seafood was highly regarded by the attending chefs.
