About 50 chefs and purchasing staffs from local high-end hotels and restaurants were expected to attend the seminar in Beijing on June 30, 2016. As usual, representatives from ASMI China will be giving a presentation on Alaska seafood. A guest chef will be invited to showcase a 6-course cooking demo using Alaska seafood to help the audiences learn how to properly handle Alaska seafood. The 6-course recipes were developed in advance and produced into recipe booklets as hand-out. Alaska black cod, snow crab, yellowfin sole, sockeye salmon, Pacific cod and a new product, herring roe were the highlights of chef seminars. After the cooking demo, all the 6-courses Alaska seafood dishes were served for the participants.
