The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute held an “Alaska Seafood Festival” together with Hong Kong Seiyu store in March 2006. Alaska pure and wild seafood, such as salmon, snow crab, black cod and halibut, was displayed and sampled. ASMI set up a special sales freezer on site, which was uniquely decorated and very attractive. Many consumers were attracted and later made purchases. With promotional staff to introduce the products on display and free tasting, consumers obtained an excellent understanding of the natural and healthy attributes of Alaska Seafood.
