The Hyatt Regency Chongqing Hotel is a newly opened hotel in the center of Chongqing city. In order to increase the exposure of Alaska seafood in mid-west China, ASMI China worked with the hotel to conduct a one-month menu promotion from Nov. 1st to 30th, 2013. Both Chinese and western restaurants of the hotel presented special menus featuring Alaska seafood during the promotion period. Alaskan seafood including Yellowfin Sole, Rock Sole and Snow crab were highlighted. POS materials such as flyers, elevator poster, signage poster and stand poster were used for the promotion. To further enhance the promotion influence, a TV advertisement was aired via “Chongqing Gourmet” Channel.
