80g Alaska Pollock roe
3 pieces seaweed
10g shallot grains
1 tsp Qiwei powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 raw quail egg
Chop seaweed. Mix Alaska pollock roe with natto. Add soy sauce and Qiwei flavor powder and mix.
