Alaska Pollock roe and soybean curd with spicy sauce

Alaska Pollock roe —– 30g
Soybean curd —– 2 servings
Seasoned soy sauce for seafood —— 30ml
Sesame oil —— 10ml
Chili oil —- 10ml
Chopped scallions —– 5g

1. Mix seafood soy sauce, sesame oil and chili oil to make spicy sauce.
2. Put soybean curd in a bowl and steam it; add spicy sauce; sprinkle Pollock roe and chopped scallions on the top.
